The Paint Patch is one of the most unique and exciting party venues in Milton Keynes and Hatfield. We specialise in creative group experiences that bring people together — whether you're celebrating a birthday, planning a corporate away day, organising a school trip or hosting a hen party that nobody will ever forget.
Every group booking is tailored to your event. You choose the experience, we handle everything else: materials, protective clothing, setup and cleanup. Our studios are fully equipped and our team is passionate about making sure every guest — from the shy wallflower to the enthusiastic paint-thrower — has an amazing time. Private hire is available at both our Milton Keynes and Hatfield locations. Contact us to discuss your group's needs and we'll build the perfect package for you.
What to Wear & Bring
- 👕 Wear old clothes. Things you don't mind getting paint on. We provide overalls but paint can still get through!
- 💍 Leave valuables at home. No jewellery, watches or expensive items. We can't be responsible for anything that gets paint on it.
- 🅿️ Parking Milton Keynes: Free parking is available on site.
- 🅿️ Parking Hatfield (The Galleria): Paid parking is available at The Galleria shopping centre car park.
- 🤝 Be respectful. We ask all guests to be kind and considerate towards our staff and other customers. We reserve the right to ask anyone to leave who is not adhering to this.

Celebrate your birthday with a splash! Our birthday party packages are available for all ages — from toddlers discovering paint for the first time to adults rediscovering their inner child. Choose your experience (canvas painting, splatter, slime or UV neon), invite your friends and let us handle the rest. We provide all materials, overalls, setup and cleanup. Packages start from a minimum group size and can be tailored to your needs.
Hen & Stag Parties
Looking for a hen or stag do that stands out from the crowd? A Paint Patch party delivers laughs, memorable photos and an experience nobody forgets. Our UV splatter and splatter wall sessions are especially popular — messy, chaotic and absolutely brilliant fun. We can accommodate large groups across both of our studio locations.

We Come to You
Can't come to us? No problem — we'll bring the party to you! For groups of 20 or more, we can travel to your venue and set up a fully immersive Paint Patch experience on-site. Whether it's a school hall, corporate office, community centre or private venue, our team will arrive with everything needed to deliver an unforgettable event.
